AANANDMY Life Care Foundation (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a public charitable trust working to support healthcare, education, women empowerment, and rural development. We also support Self Help Groups (SHGs), rural artisans, farmers, and community producers by facilitating the sale of handmade, natural, herbal, and rural livelihood products to promote sustainable income.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to donations, online purchases, sponsored programs, and community products offered through our website or associated platforms.
1. Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to AANANDMY Life Care Foundation are final and non-refundable. Donations directly support charitable activities and cannot be reversed once processed.
No refund or cancellation is permitted unless:
- A technical error leads to duplicate payment
- A payment gateway issue causes unintended transactions
In such cases, donors must contact us within 7 days with proof of transaction.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 10–15 working days.
2. Refunds for Rural & SHG Products
We aim to provide authentic, handmade, natural, and community-produced goods. Because these products are artisan-made and produced in small batches, slight variations in texture, size, color, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
Refunds are allowed only in the following conditions:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product lost in transit
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of preference after delivery
- Minor variations in handmade items
- Natural color or texture differences in agricultural or herbal products
- Items damaged due to improper handling by buyer
To request a refund, customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos/video
- Damage proof
Approved refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit.
3. Order Cancellation Policy (Products)
Cancellations can be requested before the order is dispatched.
Cancellation will not be accepted:
- After dispatch or shipment
- For customized or made-to-order products
- For bulk/SHG production orders initiated on request
If accepted, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Replacement & Exchange Policy
If eligible, we may offer:
- Replacement of damaged/wrong items
- Exchange with similar product
- Store credit for future purchase
Exchange is subject to availability and product category.
5. Events, Workshops & Training Fees
Participation fees for paid workshops, training, or rural programs are non-refundable. In case of cancellation by the foundation, participants may receive:
- Rescheduled session
- Credit for a future session
- Refund if program is permanently canceled
No refund for participant unavailability or absence.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary based on:
- Rural production cycles
- Artisanal availability
- Seasonal product dependency
Delays caused by logistics providers or natural conditions are beyond organizational control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the organization is at fault.
7. No Guarantee or Medical Claims
Herbal, organic, or natural products supported through our initiative are not medical treatments. We do not claim clinical outcomes or guarantee specific results. Users must use products responsibly.
